Founder

Radoslav Raykov founded the Center for New Technological Systems (CNTS) and the kazva.bg platform. Previously, he worked in strategic consulting and business development, with education in marketing and international business in the USA and the Netherlands.

The idea behind kazva.bg is practical - to create a feedback channel that people actually use. Not a complaints platform, but a tool for systematic feedback that leads to real improvements.

Today kazva.bg serves municipalities, airports, media, universities, and retail chains in Bulgaria. The Stara Zagora Municipality project with the platform was ranked in the Top 9 of the European awards for innovation in politics.
