Teteven Municipality adopted kazva.bg for citizens and tourists

Feedback from residents and visitors via QR codes at tourist sites, museums, and municipal services.

Synthesis of an article by BTA

Teteven Municipality adopted kazva.bg for collecting feedback from both residents and tourists. QR codes were placed at tourist sites, museums, kindergartens, nature trails, sports facilities, and municipal offices.

The system requires no app - the phone camera is enough. This makes it equally accessible for local residents and visitors passing through the region.

Mayor Madlena Boyadzhieva describes the initiative: "Modern technologies can be a powerful tool for community development when used thoughtfully and responsibly."

Teteven joins the municipalities of Stara Zagora, Burgas, and Blagoevgrad, which already use kazva.bg for citizen feedback. The feedback covers key areas - sports, culture, tourism, municipal administration, and education - areas where citizen opinions directly guide investment priorities.
