UTP adopted kazva.bg for student feedback

How the University of Telecommunications and Posts replaced paper attestations with digital.

Synthesis of an article by BTA

On May 9, 2025, the University of Telecommunications and Posts (UTP) in Sofia officially launched kazva.bg as a channel for student feedback. Rector Prof. Dr. Miglena Temelkova introduced the initiative, and Vladimir Ognyanov and Radoslav Raykov from the kazva.bg team demonstrated the platform.

Students scan a QR code and rate teaching anonymously in seconds - no app, no registration. Questionnaires are adapted for different types of classes.

Results are accessible only to academic leadership - the rector's office and department heads. Students remain anonymous, and professors do not have access to their own ratings in real time. This ensures honest feedback.

For UTP, this is a transition from paper forms to continuous, structured measurement. The model is already being discussed for adoption at other Bulgarian universities.
